The Technical Information Center of Denmark offers students at DTU the use of group study rooms.
The group study rooms are available on weekdays between 8.00 and 20.00, during which period reservations can be made at Library Service. Student cards are exchanged for keys and returned again after use.
On the 2nd floor there are four rooms:
Room 1 & 2: max. 10 persons, Adobe Connect, projector, whiteboards and lockers.
Rooms 3 & 4: max. 8 persons, mobile whiteboards are available and projectors can be borrowed at Library Service.
On the ground floor we have two study rooms.
Five of the six available rooms can be reserved during a calendar month – the remaining room can only be reserved for same day use.
Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes can result in cancellation.
As these facilities are very popular we would ask that no unnecessary reservations be made.
