DTU Library offers students at DTU the use of nine group study rooms, to be booked online. Five of them are regular lockable rooms, whereas the four remaining are designated areas enclosed by mobile walls.
All rooms are situated on the 2nd floor and are available during library opening hours, on weekdays between 8.00 and 20.00.
Rooms 1, 2 and 3 can accommodate 8 persons and rooms 4-9, 5 persons.
Room 1 has an interactive whiteboard, rooms 2–5 have mounted flat screens and whiteboards and rooms 6-9 mobile whiteboards. Projectors can be borrowed at Library Service.
Collect the room key at Library Service on the ground floor.
A doposit of the student cars at Library Service is required for all rooms, even the more open ones.
Make your reservation on line
You can make reservation up to two weeks in advance.
The system allows you to update or cancel your own reservations. Keeping it as up to date as possible will be a good service to fellow students. Please keep in mind that these facilities are very popular and we would appreciate it if no unnecessary reservations are made. We reserve the right to cancel overbooking if the need should arise (more than two per week per person).
Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes can result in cancellation. You may check whether a booked room is free yourself.
