In addition to the more classical library services, including textbook and reference collection, the library also offers excellent study and group facilities.
The library is designed with space and room for the students to study, read and relax. Several areas contain study facilities for individuals and other areas contain study facilities for groups. Sofas have been placed around the area for relaxing and reading.
You have access to the wireless network in the entire area.
For the public, i.e. persons not affiliated with DTU, we offer a number of PCs with internet access on the ground floor. From these PCs you can search our electronic literature under DTU license.
On the first floor, we offer more than 60 PCs with double screens for DTU students. With DTU login you can access all our electronic resources.
The 2nd floor is the more "quiet" floor. Here you will find an area reserved for undisturbed studying. Our group study rooms (requires reservation) are also situated on the 2nd floor. The teaching areas on the 2nd floor are at students' disposal when not in use.
In the café on the ground floor you can buy a cup of coffee and other hot beverages. However, please enjoy your meals in the cafeteria across the hallway.
If you want counselling regarding literature and information retrieval, you can contact the librarian’s desk on the ground floor.
