Publication of research results are central in the DTU communication. We develop, run and support the research database at DTU, Orbit, and some external research databases, amongst the Danish National Research Database, DDF.
Research databases enable long-term preservation of the data from a central system. We are involved in a national project to establish a national solution for long-term preservation of research data.
ePublication is one of the efforts towards Open Access. On top of Orbit we also run a portal with all international open access publications within the research fields of DTU, the Global e-Prints service.
